เงื่อนไขการใช้
ข้อตกลงระหว่างท่าน กับ บริษัท ไทยโพลิเอททีลีน จำกัด (“บริษัท”)
เว็บไซต์ของบริษัทอาจประกอบด้วยเว็บไซต์หรือเว็บเพจต่างๆ (ซึ่งรวมเรียกว่า "เว็บไซต์") ที่ดำเนินการโดยบริษัท และ/หรือบริษัทในเครือของบริษัท การใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทนี้อยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขว่าท่านจะต้องตกลงยอมรับเงื่อนไข และข้อกำหนดต่างๆ ที่ กำหนดอยู่ในเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดการใช้งานเว็บไซต์นี้ โดยปราศจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น หากท่านไม่ยอมรับเงื่อนไข และข้อกำหนดการใช้งานเว็บไซต์เหล่านี้ โปรดอย่าเข้าสู่เว็บไซต์และอย่าใช้บริการที่ให้บริการอยู่ในเว็บไซต์นี้
การเข้าหรือการใช้เว็บไซต์ใดเว็บไซด์หนึ่งของท่าน ย่อมก่อให้เกิดความผูกพันและสัญญาตามกฎหมายตามที่ข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขต่างๆ ดังกล่าวทั้งหมด การใช้เว็บไซต์ของท่านอาจตกอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติมที่ได้มีการกำหนดไว้ สำหรับเว็บไซต์นั้นๆ ด้วย เช่น คู่มือการใช้งานที่ทางบริษัทส่งมอบให้ และโดยการเข้าและการใช้งานเว็บไซต์นี้ ถือว่าท่านได้ยินยอมตกลงปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดการใช้งานเว็บไซต์และการจำกัดความรับผิดของบริษัท ซึ่งมีดังต่อไปนี้
1. ข้อมูลและเนื้อหาที่กำหนดหรือแสดงอยู่ทั้งหมดภายในเว็บไซต์นี้เป็นทรัพย์สินและอยู่ภายใต้ลิขสิทธิ์ของบริษัท และ/หรือบริษัทในเครือของบริษัท (แล้วแต่กรณี) บริษัทและ/หรือบริษัทในเครือของบริษัท เป็นเจ้าของแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในเครื่องหมายการค้า เครื่องหมายบริการ ชื่อทางการค้า สัญญลักษณ์ทั้งหมดที่กำหนดหรืออ้างอิงอยู่บนเว็บไซต์นี้ (ซึ่งรวมเรียกว่า "เครื่องหมายการค้า") ทั้งนี้ ไม่ว่าเครื่องหมายการค้าดังกล่าวจะได้รับการจดทะเบียนแล้วหรือไม่ ลิขสิทธิ์ และ/หรือ สิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่นใด บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิทั้งหลายของบริษัทที่อาจมีเกี่ยวกับเว็บไซต์นี้ โดยที่ไม่มีส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดการใช้งานของเว็บไซต์นี้จะถือว่าเป็นการอนุญาตหรือการให้สิทธิในเครื่องหมายการค้า ลิขสิทธิ์และสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่นใดดังกล่าว และห้ามมิให้ดัดแปลง เปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข ทำใหม่ ทำซ้ำ ดาวน์โหลด ส่งผ่าน (ไม่ว่าในรูปแบบใดๆ หรือโดยวิธีการใดๆ) หรือใช้ในลักษณะใดๆ ก็ตามเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในทางการค้า ต่อข้อมูลและเนื้อหาที่กำหนดหรือแสดงอยู่ทั้งหมดภายในเว็บไซต์นี้ เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรล่วงหน้าจากบริษัทและ/หรือบริษัทในเครือของบริษัท (แล้วแต่กรณี)
2. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขการใช้และการจำกัดความรับผิดที่ระบุอยู่ในเว็บไซต์นี้ รวมทั้งและข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติมใดๆ สำหรับเว็บไซต์ใดเว็บไซต์หนึ่งเป็นการเฉพาะ รวมทั้งข้อมูลและเนื้อหาที่กำหนดหรือแสดงอยู่ภายในเว็บไซต์นี้ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ท่านมีหน้าที่ต้องตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดเงื่อนไขการใช้และการจำกัดความรับผิดรวมทั้งข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติมใดๆที่กำหนดอยู่ในเว็บไซต์ใดเว็บไซต์หนึ่งเป็นการเฉพาะอย่างสม่ำเสมอ การใช้เว็บไซต์ของท่านอย่างต่อเนื่องย่อมก่อให้เกิดข้อตกลงและสัญญาตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขใดๆ ที่ได้ถูกแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวทั้งหมดด้วย
3. เว้นแต่จะถูกจำกัดเป็นอย่างอื่นโดยกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในขณะนั้น ท่านตกลงและยอมรับว่าข้อมูลของท่านทั้งหมดที่บริษัทรวบรวมได้จากเว็บไซต์ อาจถูกรวบรวม ใช้ และ/หรือ ถูกเปิดเผยเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ ตามที่ระบุอยู่ในพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550
4. ข้อมูลที่บริษัทได้รับจากท่าน อาจถูกนำไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงการออกแบบและ การส่งเสริม การตลาดของบริการและสินค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องของบริษัท
การจำกัดความรับผิด
1. ข้อมูลและเนื้อหาที่กำหนดหรือแสดงอยู่ทั้งหมดภายในเว็บไซต์นี้ได้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อใช้สำหรับเป็นข้อมูลทั่วไปเท่านั้น ท่านจะต้องรับผิดชอบต่อการใช้ข้อมูลและเนื้อหาต่างๆ โดยตนเอง บริษัท ไม่รับผิดชอบและไม่รับผิดต่อความถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์ ความถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย หรือความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลและเนื้อหาใดๆ ในเว็บไซต์นี้ และไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหาย ความเสียหาย หรือค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการเข้าหรือใช้เว็บไซต์นี้ หรือเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ที่มีการเชื่อมต่อ
2. บริษัทฯ อาจมีการเชื่อมข้อมูลกับเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ (เว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ที่ไม่ได้อยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลของบริษัทหรือบริษัทในเครือของบริษัท) ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นการให้ข้อมูลและเพื่อความสะดวกของท่านเท่านั้น การที่ท่านได้เข้าไปเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์เหล่านั้นย่อมเป็นความเสี่ยงของท่านแต่เพียงผู้เดียว ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ ก็ตามบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดสำหรับความเสียหายที่ท่านได้รับอันเนื่องมาจากข้อมูล สินค้า หรือบริการที่กำหนดหรือเสนอบนเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ที่ได้เชื่อมต่อกับเว็บไซต์นี้ ทั้งนี้ บริษัทมิได้ให้คำรับรอง รับประกันหรือคำแนะนำใดๆ เกี่ยวกับข้อมูล สินค้าหรือบริการใดๆ ที่ปรากฏอยู่ในเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ดังกล่าว และบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดสำหรับความชำรุดบกพร่องหรือการผิดสัญญาใดๆ อันเกี่ยวกับสินค้า หรือบริการใดๆ ที่ปรากฏหรือโฆษณาในเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ เหล่านั้น บริษัทมิได้ให้หรือมีข้อผูกพันสัญญาหรือข้อตกลงใดๆ กับเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อตกลงการใช้งานของท่านกับเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ดังกล่าวนั้น
การเชื่อมต่อกับเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ เพื่อทำการดาวน์โหลด์ซอฟท์แวร์ใดๆ ที่บริษัทจัดให้มีขึ้นนั้นเป็นเพียงเพื่อความสะดวกสบายของท่านเท่านั้น ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ ก็ตาม บริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบหรือรับผิดสำหรับความผิดพลาดหรือการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ บกพร่องที่เกิดจากหรือเป็นผลมาจากซอฟท์แวร์ที่ท่านดาวน์โหลด์มา ทั้งนี้ การใช้ซอฟท์แวร์ใดๆ ที่ท่านดาวน์โหลดจะตกอยู่ภายใต้ ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของสัญญาอนุญาตให้ใช้สิทธิที่เกี่ยวข้องกับซอฟท์แวร์นั้นๆ หากท่านไม่สามารถปฏิบัติตามสัญญาอนุญาตให้ใช้สิทธิดังกล่าวนั้น ท่านอาจถูกถือว่าเป็นผู้ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์หรือสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของผู้ให้บริการซอฟท์แวร์ดังกล่าว ในกรณีเช่นว่านั้นบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดสำหรับความเสียหายที่ท่านได้รับทุกประการ นอกจากนี้ เมื่อใดก็ตามที่ท่านเชื่อมต่อกับเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ดังกล่าว ท่านจะตกอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดเงื่อนไขและนโยบายการใช้เว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ที่ท่านได้เข้าไปเยี่ยมชม

Agreement between you and Thai Polyethylene Co., Ltd. (“Company”)
Web sites of Company may contain various web sites and web pages (collectively, “Web Sites”) operated by Company or its affiliates. These Terms of Use of Web Sites are offered to you on the condition that you have agreed to accept the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein without modification thereof. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, do not access Web Sites and do not use any online services provided in Web Sites.
Your access to or use of Web Sites constitutes your legal binding agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices. Your use of Web Sites may also be subject to additional terms specified in Web Sites, such as a manual or user guide provided by Company. Further, by accessing or using Web Sites, you agree with the Terms of Use and Disclaimers as follows.
1. Any data and information contained in or displayed on Web Sites are the properties and under the copyright of Company and/or its affiliates (as the case may be). Company and/or its affiliates is the sole owner of all copyrights; trademarks service marks, trade names and logo mentioned in or posted on Web Sites (collectively the "Trademarks"), regardless of whether such Trademarks have been registered or not; and any other intellectual property rights. Company hereby reserves all of its rights it may have in connection with Web Sites. No part or parts hereof shall be deemed as granting a license or granting the right to use such copyrights, Trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. 3. Unless otherwise restricted by applicable law, it is agreed and accepted by you that all your personal information and/or data collected by Company from Web Sites may be used and/or disclosed for the purposes stipulated in the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007).
4. The information Company obtains from you may be used for further development of design and promotion of goods and services related to Company.

The use of the data and information contained herein or displayed hereon is at your own risk. Company disclaims any and all responsibilities or liabilities for accuracy, completeness, and legality or reliability of any data and information contained in or displayed on Websites and shall be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising out of any access to or use of Web Sites or any site linked to it.
2. Links to other web sites (web sites not under the control of Company or its affiliates) may be arranged for by Company for your information and convenience only. Any links executed by you to those web sites shall be at your own risks. In no event shall Company be liable for any damages incurred by you in connection with the information, goods or services posted or offered on any third party's web sites linked to Company’s Web Sites. Company does not make any representation, warranty or recommendation in respect of any information, goods or services appearing in such third party's web sites, nor shall Company be liable for any defects or breaches of contracts in respect of any goods or services appearing or advertising in those web sites. Company does not have any commitments or agreements with such other web sites in connection with your agreements with such other web sites.
Any links to other web sites for downloading any software are provided by Company for your convenience only. In no event shall Company be responsible or liable for any error or malfunction caused by or resulted from the downloaded software. Please note that any use of the downloaded software shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant license agreement. Should you be unable to comply with such license agreement, you may be deemed infringing copyright or other intellectual property rights of such software provider. In such event, Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you in all respects. นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Policy)
เราจำเป็นต้องเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อนำไปใช้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดในข้อ 2 โดยหลักเกณฑ์การเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นไปตามที่กำหนดในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้ โดยเราจะประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในประเทศไทยตามมาตรฐานของ General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) ทั้งนี้ ท่านรับรองว่าท่านเป็นผู้บรรลุนิติภาวะที่สามารถให้ความยินยอมแก่เราในการกระทำการดังกล่าวได้
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
เราจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจากข้อมูลที่ท่านให้ในการติดต่อหรือประกอบธุรกิจกับเรา และ/หรือเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกับเรา โดยข้อมูลที่จะเก็บมีดังต่อไปนี้
- (1) ข้อมูลสำหรับการสร้างบัญชี ได้แก่ ชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทร อีเมล
2. การใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราจะใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้
- (1) สร้างและจัดการบัญชีของท่าน และติดต่อท่าน
- (2) ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับธุรกรรมใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งรวมถึงการชำระเงินค่าสินค้าและบริการด้วย
- (3) ยืนยันตัวตนของท่าน หรือตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง เพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยในการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
- (4) ดำเนินกิจการ ประเมินผล และปรับปรุงธุรกิจ พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือบริการใหม่ จัดการระบบการสื่อสาร สำรวจตลาด วัดผลและบริหารประสิทธิภาพในการทำโฆษณาและการตลาด วิเคราะห์ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของเรา รวมถึงทำการตลาด
นอกจากนี้ เราอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญาระหว่างเรากับท่าน หรือบริษัทในเครือของเรากับท่าน หรือเพื่อดำเนินการตามคำขอของท่านก่อนเข้าทำสัญญา
3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

3.1 เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บริษัทในเครือของเราเพื่อดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายสินค้าและบริการ ซึ่งรวมถึงการจัดทำบัญชี การขนส่ง และมาร์เก็ตติ้ง นอกจากนี้ บริษัทในเครือของเราอาจใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อติดต่อประสานงานหรือประกอบธุรกิจร่วมกับท่านต่อไปด้วย
ทั้งนี้ เราได้ทำข้อตกลงกับบริษัทผู้รับข้อมูลก่อนที่เราจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เพื่อให้บริษัทผู้รับข้อมูลประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่เรากำหนด และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของ GDPR

3.2 นอกจากกรณีข้างต้น เราอาจเปิดเผย หรือส่งต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ดังนี้
- (1) กรณีที่กฎหมายหรือกระบวนการทางกฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องกระทำ เช่น เปิดเผยต่อเจ้าพนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ หรือหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจเพื่อปฎิบัติตามคำสั่งหรือคำขอที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
- (2) เพื่อการสอบสวนการกระทำอันอาจผิดกฎหมายโดยที่เราไม่สามารถขอความยินยอมจากท่านได้
- (3) เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ผ่านกระบวนการซึ่งทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ต่อสาธารณชน เพื่อประโยชน์ในการประกอบธุรกิจของเรา และ
- (4) กรณีอื่น ๆ ที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้กระทำได้โดยไม่ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน เช่น กรณีจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของเรา กรณีจำเป็นเพื่อการดำเนินภารกิจเพื่อประโชน์สาธารณะ

3.3 เราขอสงวนสิทธิในการโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหากมีการปรับโครงสร้าง จำหน่ายหรือโอนย้ายกิจการหรือสินทรัพย์ของเรา ซึ่งกรณีดังกล่าวอาจมีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้กับผู้ซื้อกิจการ และ/หรือที่ปรึกษาของผู้ซื้อกิจการ อย่างไรก็ดี เราจะรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างเต็มความสามารถ รวมถึงกำหนดให้ผู้ซื้อกิจการ และ/หรือที่ปรึกษาของผู้ซื้อกิจการปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเราด้วย
4. การปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราได้จัดให้มีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราได้รับจากท่าน เพื่อมิให้มีการเปิดเผย ใช้งาน เปลี่ยนแปลงหรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต โดยเราได้จัดให้มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ได้มาตรฐาน ทั้งการประมวลผลข้อมูล การเก็บข้อมูล และการโอนถ่ายข้อมูล
5. การจัดการให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลมีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
เราจะใช้ความพยายามในการอัปเดตข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้มีความถูกต้อง และเป็นปัจจุบันที่สุดเท่าที่เราจะสามารถทำได้
6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้นานเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อทำตามวัตถุประสงค์นั้น ๆ ทั้งนี้ เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่จำเป็นต่อการจัดงาน SCG Dinner Party ไว้สำหรับการเชิญมาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งต่อ ๆ ไป หากท่านปฏิเสธเข้าร่วมงานเป็นเวลา 2 ครั้งติดต่อกัน เราจะลบข้อมูลดังกล่าว
อย่างไรก็ดี เราอาจเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลาน้อยกว่า หรือนานกว่าที่กำหนดข้างต้น หากเป็นกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด หรือกรณีจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของเรา
7. สิทธิเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลของท่าน
ท่านมีสิทธิดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามกฎหมาย GDPR โดยสามารถดำเนินการ ดังนี้

7.1 กรณีที่ท่านต้องการเข้าถึง แก้ไข อัปเดต ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ท่านสามารถกระทำได้โดยแก้ไขในเมนู edit

7.2 กรณีที่ท่านต้องการลบ คัดลอก โอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ยกเลิกความยินยอม คัดค้านหรือจำกัดการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือประสงค์จะให้เราระงับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน โปรดติดต่อเราศูนย์บริการ โดยเราจะดำเนินการให้ท่านโดยเร็วที่สุดที่จะสามารถกระทำได้ ภายหลังจากที่เราตรวจสอบสิทธิของท่านและความถูกต้องเรียบร้อยแล้ว
สิทธิของท่านตามที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นจะเป็นไปเท่าที่กฎหมายกำหนดเท่านั้น และสิทธิดังกล่าวอาจถูกจำกัดในบางกรณี เช่น กรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เราต้องเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

3. เว้นแต่จะถูกจำกัดเป็นอย่างอื่นโดยกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในขณะนั้น ท่านตกลงและยอมรับว่าข้อมูลของท่านทั้งหมดที่บริษัทรวบรวมได้จากเว็บไซต์ อาจถูกรวบรวม ใช้ และ/หรือ ถูกเปิดเผยเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ ตามที่ระบุอยู่ในพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550

6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้นานเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อทำตามวัตถุประสงค์นั้น ๆ ทั้งนี้ เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่จำเป็นต่อการจัดงาน SCG Dinner Party ไว้สำหรับการเชิญมาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งต่อ ๆ ไป หากท่านปฏิเสธเข้าร่วมงานเป็นเวลา 2 ครั้งติดต่อกัน เราจะลบข้อมูลดังกล่าว
อย่างไรก็ดี เราอาจเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลาน้อยกว่า หรือนานกว่าที่กำหนดข้างต้น หากเป็นกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด หรือกรณีจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของเรา
7. สิทธิเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลของท่าน

We have to collect, store, use, transfer, disclose, and dispose (collectively, “process”) your personal information for the Purposes according to this privacy policy. We will process your personal information in Thailand and in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We will maintain your personal information needed to organize SCG Dinner Party and to extend invitations to our future events. We will delete your personal information if you decline to participate in our events for 2 consecutive times. However, we may retain your personal information shorter or longer than the aforementioned periods if it is required by the law or is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests.
7. Rights over your personal information.
You have the following rights under GDPR:
- you may access, rectify, and update your personal information by editing your information in the edit menu.
- you may request to delete, copy, and transfer your personal information; withdraw your consent; and object, restrict, or suspend processing of your personal information by contacting us. We will proceed with your request as soon as possible after we have verified your identity and rights.
Your legal rights under GDPR are subject to lawful processing of your personal information, for example, when it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligation or when it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party.
